Juice PLUS + Easter Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Juice PLUS+ Complete chocolate
- 80ml / 1/3 cup milk (vary to your own taste)
- 6 Dates
- 40g / ¼ cup almonds
- Vanilla
- Coconut or coconut flour as needed
- 50g / 2 ounces unsweetened dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients well until a smooth mixture results.
- Roll out small pieces of the mixture into an egg shape - if the mixture is too moist add coconut flour as needed.
- Melt chocolate and cover eggs.
- Dry the eggs, wrap into coloured foil and serve!
