Mocha Smoothie Bowl | Complete Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot or espresso sized cup of strong coffee
  • 1 scoop/packet of Complete Chocolate
  • 300g plain yoghurt (or coconut, or soya yoghurt) 
Optional Toppings:
  • Spoon of cacao nibs
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Berries
  • Edible flowers 
  • Raisins and dried fruit
  • Coconut shavings
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Rainbows of fruit

Directions:

  1. Blend the smoothie bowl ingredients together.
  2. Pour into two separate bowls (or mason jars to save for later.)
  3. Add your decorative toppings.
  4. Enjoy!
