Cool down with this homemade treat and enjoy some lemon pie ice cream!

Method:

  1. Blend the soy milk with Complete Vanilla, the juice of 3 lemons and agave nectar.
  2. After blending, stir in the zest of 3 lemons (set 1 tbsp aside for decoration) and crushed cookies.
  3. Place it in airtight container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
  4. Take out, place a few scoops in a bowl.
  5. Decorate with remaining lemon zest. Enjoy!
