Lemon Pie Ice Cream
Cool down with this homemade treat and enjoy some lemon pie ice cream!
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops/sachets Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete
- 300ml soy milk
- 3 lemons (juice and zest)
- 225ml crushed biscuits to taste
- 45ml agave nectar
Method:
- Blend the soy milk with Complete Vanilla, the juice of 3 lemons and agave nectar.
- After blending, stir in the zest of 3 lemons (set 1 tbsp aside for decoration) and crushed cookies.
- Place it in airtight container and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
- Take out, place a few scoops in a bowl.
- Decorate with remaining lemon zest. Enjoy!
